Call for Abstract
deadline for submissions
The deadline for submissions is 15th January 2026. The scientific committee will make its decision by 28 February 2026.
Invitations
We are inviting submissions of abstracts for both oral presentations and posters.
The abstract should include the names and affiliations of all authors, as well as their email addresses.
No citations are needed. The maximum number of characters, including spaces, is 2.400.
How we manage the abstracts
The conference venue has a capacity of 200 people. If we receive too many abstract proposals or registrations, we will follow the principle of 'first come, first served'
